About Christina
After her postdoctoral training in breast cancer research at Duke University Medical Center, Christina transitioned into science administration and managed biomedical graduate education and translational research programs at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Christina moved back to Duke where she had multiple roles, including research administration, management of a large cardiology research group, and launching and directing the Chancellor’s Clinical Leadership in Academic Medicine Program for faculty. In 2013, Christina joined UT Southwestern Medical Center as the Director of the Office of Faculty Diversity and Development and Office of Women’s Careers.
In April 2020, Christina earned her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential from the Co-Active Training Institute. In December 2020, she earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. In February 2023, she earned the next level credential, the Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Christina has experience coaching humans like you, executives, faculty at all ranks, trainees, students, medical residents and medical fellows, and MBA students. Christina has provided coaching for clients all across the country in higher education, medical centers, research centers, veterinary medicine, and finance.
If you have read this far…thank you. :-) Christina enjoys spending time with her husband of 22 years and they live in Texas. As a couple they love hiking; but as individuals they enjoy different sports! Her husband runs marathons and she enjoys strength and conditioning sports.
